Keystone Inspires is a trading name of “Keystone Tutors” or “we” means Keystone Tutors Limited a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06840060 and whose registered office is at 5 Blythe Mews, London, W14 0HW.
Payment and Booking
Payment must be paid upfront for all courses.
Our courses are for over 18s only, unless the course details specifically state otherwise.
Once Keystone Tutors has received payment the student’s place on the course is reserved, subject to clause 3 below.
Cancellations and Alterations
Fees are not refundable if a student is withdrawn from the course less than 7 days before the course starts.
We operate a satisfaction guarantee. If after the first session of a course the student is not satisfied with a course they can request a full refund for the course. The student must request the refund within 48 hours of the first lesson or before the any further lessons, whichever is earlier.
Keystone Tutors reserves the right to cancel entire courses or part of a course. In such circumstances a full refund will be given within 1 month of the notice of cancellation or, if the course is part complete, a refund will be given on a pro-rata basis.
Timetables may be altered at any time at the sole discretion of Keystone Tutors. If such alterations mean the course is no longer viable for the student at the sole discretion of Keystone Tutors a refund will be offered.
Apart from the refunds set out above, Keystone Tutors will not be liable for any claims resulting from any cancellations including any direct or consequential damages.
If you have a complaint against a tutor or against us, you must inform us of that complaint within 24 hours of the occurrence that gave rise to it by sending an email to email@example.com.
We place tutors to teach courses in good faith and in the belief that he or she will perform to the best of his or her abilities. Any opinion expressed by a tutor is not necessarily an expression of the opinions of Keystone Tutors.
Neither Keystone Tutors nor any of its staff shall be liable to you for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay incurred or suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from or in any way connected with the delivery of a course or with any failure by Keystone Tutors to supply a course and, in particular, but without limitation to the foregoing, any such loss, injury, damage, expense or delay arising from or in any way connected with:
failure of a course to meet your requirements for all or any of the purposes for which it is required by you;
any act or omission of a tutor, whether wilful, negligent, fraudulent, dishonest, reckless or otherwise; and
any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay incurred or suffered by a tutor,
provided that nothing in this clause 5 shall exclude or restrict the liability of Keystone Tutors to you for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or in any other circumstances where liability may not be so limited under any applicable law.
These Terms set out the whole agreement between you and us for the supply of the revision courses.
A person who is not party to these Terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions contravenes any relevant law, to the extent that such a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be removed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall not be affected and will remain valid and enforceable.
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by English law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts for the adjudication of any dispute in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
